Worked on the Signal-iOS repository to deliver a Notification Message Formatting Enhancement aimed at improving the consistency and readability of incoming notifications. Focused on refining the user experience, the work involved standardizing text case and removing unnecessary punctuation, specifically eliminating the exclamation point from generic notification messages. This update laid the groundwork for better localization support and ensured that notification rendering remained consistent across different locales. The implementation was carried out using Swift, leveraging skills in iOS development and localization. No major bugs were addressed during this period, as efforts centered on UX quality and maintaining clean, adaptable code for future iterations.
