Worked on the aws-neuron-sdk repository to enhance issue intake processes by introducing template-driven issue tracking. Developed and integrated new templates for bug reports, feature requests, and documentation issues, standardizing submissions to improve data quality and triage efficiency. Leveraged Python and YAML to implement these changes, ensuring that the templates aligned with repository governance and performance objectives. Additionally, contributed a targeted DMA optimization by modifying tile size parameters to use Y_SIZE, supporting technical goals for data movement. Focused on documentation and issue tracking best practices, the work improved cross-team collaboration and provided measurable improvements in issue management and reporting workflows.
