Worked on the platform-mesh/helm-charts repository to deliver the Init-Agent component for the KCP ecosystem, enabling a modular initialization flow and smoother integration within existing infrastructure. Focused on Helm chart configuration and versioning using YAML and Shell, ensuring the new component was deployable and accessible while strengthening the platform’s modular architecture. Addressed maintainability by standardizing references to ‘kcp’ across multiple files and aligning chart versions, reducing deployment risk and improving consistency. Demonstrated disciplined DevOps practices and cross-file refactoring, with an emphasis on CI/CD workflows, Kubernetes deployment reliability, and clean integration of new features into the established platform ecosystem.
