Worked on the vmware/ansible-vsphere-gos-validation repository to enhance deployment reliability for ARM-based SLES 16.1 systems. Addressed a critical compatibility issue by correcting the check_inbox_driver logic, which previously caused false failure detections during cross-architecture validation. Leveraged Ansible and YAML to implement and validate the fix within the standard ARM/SLES workflow, ensuring accurate version checks and preventing deployment regressions. Focused on DevOps best practices and Linux system management, the work reduced troubleshooting time and expanded supported configurations. This targeted bug fix improved the stability of ARM deployments, delivering measurable business value through faster issue resolution and reduced deployment risk.
