Yisheng developed a Local File Scanning Pagination Control for the GovTechSG/oobee repository, focusing on enhancing the command-line interface experience. By implementing the -p and --maxpages options in TypeScript, Yisheng enabled users to control pagination during local file scans, aligning this functionality with existing website and sitemap scan features. This addition improved resource management and provided a more consistent user experience across different scan types. The work demonstrated proficiency in CLI development and TypeScript, addressing usability and predictability for large local datasets. Over the month, Yisheng delivered this feature end-to-end, reflecting a focused and well-scoped engineering contribution.
