Worked on the hackclub/dns repository to implement a custom domain DNS setup, enabling proper domain resolution for a user by adding a CNAME record pointing to cname.vercel-dns.com. This feature streamlined the onboarding process for branded domains by reducing manual DNS configuration steps and improving routing reliability. The technical approach involved editing YAML configuration files to manage DNS records, leveraging skills in configuration management and DNS management. No major bugs were addressed during this period, with the primary focus on delivering this targeted feature. The work contributed to more stable DNS routing and enhanced branding support for end users.
