Developed and delivered a Kommo CRM integration for the botpress/botpress repository, enabling users to create, update, and search leads and contacts directly within the Botpress chatbot interface. This feature was implemented using TypeScript and focused on robust API integration, allowing seamless CRM operations without leaving the chat environment. The work emphasized full stack development principles, ensuring data continuity and laying the foundation for future CRM automation across channels. Collaboration with other contributors was integral to the process, with code reviews and shared development responsibilities. No major bugs were reported, reflecting a focused and stable feature release during the month.
