During April 2025, Chen contributed to the LandingSite repository by developing comprehensive documentation assets focused on meeting minutes and project governance. Using Markdown, Chen created and committed two detailed files that captured the outcomes of both client and tutor meetings, including attendees, agenda items, and client feedback. This work centralized key project knowledge, supporting onboarding and future planning by providing a clear, reproducible reference for stakeholders. While no bugs were addressed during this period, Chen’s efforts in documentation and knowledge transfer improved cross-functional alignment and ensured traceability. The technical focus remained on documentation best practices and effective knowledge management.
