Worked on enhancing the user onboarding flow for the SpaceToStudy-Client repository, focusing on reducing friction and increasing activation rates for new users. The approach involved implementing flexible onboarding steps by introducing optional placeholders for first-login confirmation and making key props optional across several components, including GeneralInfoStep, SubjectsStep, LanguageStep, and AddPhotoStep. This cleanup improved rendering logic and enabled a more scalable user experience across devices. Using React, JSX, and TypeScript, the work emphasized maintainability and future extensibility, ensuring that onboarding components are easier to update and less prone to rendering issues during the first-login process.
