Over a two-month period, contributed to SAP/jenkins-library by developing granular and unified SonarQube reporting features that enhanced code quality visibility and security insights within CI pipelines. Leveraged Go and JSON to aggregate and categorize SonarQube issues by severity and type, enabling more actionable reporting for development teams. Improved test reliability by refactoring assertions and ensured robust data handling by addressing potential null errors in reports. Integrated REST-based API calls to SonarQube, streamlined reporting workflows, and strengthened the maintainability of CI/CD processes. The work provided a single source of quality and security metrics, accelerating triage and remediation for engineering teams.
