The process involved removing the outdated pod directory and adding the new release, ensuring that downstream developers could access the latest features and bug fixes. Using Ruby and CocoaPods, the update was executed through two clear, traceable commits, which improved dependency resolution and reduced build issues for projects relying on Ads-Global-M. This approach enabled faster adoption of the updated library and maintained compatibility across projects, demonstrating careful version control and attention to the needs of the developer ecosystem.
