During May 2025, Zhu Weitung focused on improving the jxxghp/MoviePilot repository by addressing a localization issue in the automatic organization pipeline. He resolved a bug that previously caused posters for movies and TV shows to be saved in the wrong language variant, ensuring that the original language poster is now consistently fetched and stored. This work involved debugging automation scripts and managing poster metadata, leveraging his skills in Python, API integration, and file handling. The fix enhanced localization accuracy and reduced manual intervention, resulting in more reliable metadata for international users.
