Worked on governance and process improvements within the kubernetes/org repository, focusing on enhancing PRR (Production Readiness Review) oversight. Implemented a feature to add a PRR shadow to the sig-architecture governance configuration, updating YAML-based team definitions to support more robust auditability and risk management. The approach centered on configuration management, leveraging YAML to ensure that oversight and shadowing workflows are clearly defined and maintainable. No major bugs were addressed during this period, as the primary objective was to align governance processes with security best practices. The work contributed to clearer team roles and improved transparency in PRR-related workflows.
