Worked on stability and reliability improvements for the felixonmars/treeland repository, focusing on the SurfaceContainer component within the QML context. Addressed a high-impact bug by refactoring the QML context setup to ensure the engine root context was consistently used, which reduced crash risk and improved UI reliability. Emphasized code health by providing clearer commit messages and enhancing logging, supporting future debugging and maintainability. The work was scoped to minimize changes, easing quality assurance and future feature development. Utilized C++ development skills alongside QML and the Qt framework, prioritizing robust engineering practices and maintainable code over new feature delivery during this period.
