Worked on the microcai/gentoo-zh repository to deliver a kernel upgrade and packaging improvements for Gentoo Liquorix. Focused on updating the Liquorix kernel to version 7.0.14-r2, the work involved creating a new ebuild, updating the Manifest, and ensuring the inclusion of CJKTTY patches alongside standard genpatches for compatibility with the new release. Leveraged expertise in Gentoo, Linux Kernel, and package management to validate the packaging workflow against Gentoo’s build processes, maintaining repository compatibility and long-term maintainability. No separate bug fixes were recorded, as the primary effort centered on delivering a stable and well-integrated kernel update.
