Worked on the aws/karpenter-provider-aws repository to deliver dynamic pricing support for preview AWS Karpenter instance types, addressing the need for accurate pricing during customer evaluation of new features. Implemented overlay pricing logic using Go and AWS services, enabling dynamic pricing based on NodeOverlays and expanding coverage to previously unpriced instance types. This approach reduced onboarding friction for customers adopting new Karpenter features by ensuring pricing flows were comprehensive and up to date. Demonstrated technical depth in cloud computing, Kubernetes, and dynamic pricing design, focusing on practical business value and seamless integration of new instance types into existing pricing mechanisms.
