Focused on backend development using Python, the work involved refining the find_worst_channel function to correctly handle short routes of length three, ensuring the function returns the appropriate middle channel rather than None. This targeted fix improved liquidity management and reduced the risk of failed rebalances without altering external interfaces. The approach prioritized minimal risk by limiting changes to the plugin scope, demonstrating careful attention to robustness and maintainability in Python-based backend systems. No new features were added during this period.
