Enhanced the developer experience by updating the README with clear installation instructions for both uv and the legacy poetry method, ensuring flexibility for different workflows. Utilized Python and Shell scripting to implement these changes, demonstrating skills in CI/CD, dependency management, and Python packaging without addressing any reported bugs.
