During June 2025, Alex Liechty focused on enhancing the Sourdough Starter documentation within the hendricius/the-sourdough-framework repository. Alex applied technical writing and documentation best practices to improve instructional clarity and reduce user friction, targeting smoother onboarding for new users. Using TeX, Alex delivered grammar corrections and refined the structure of the instructional text, resulting in more readable and professional documentation. The work emphasized precise copy-editing and disciplined commit hygiene, ensuring that changes were both effective and maintainable. Although the scope was limited to a single feature, the improvements contributed to a higher perceived quality and reduced support requirements for the project.
