Worked on the DrFaust92/helm-charts-2 repository to deliver a configurable revisionHistoryLimit feature for cert-manager certificates across three Helm charts, including prometheus-operator-admission-webhook, kube-prometheus-stack, and prometheus-adapter. The approach involved exposing retention controls in values.yaml and template files, allowing users to manage certificate lifecycle policies directly through Helm configuration. Chart versions and documentation were updated to ensure consistent behavior and easier upgrades across all affected charts. The work focused on feature development rather than bug fixes, utilizing skills in Helm, Kubernetes, and YAML to enhance certificate management flexibility and maintain cross-chart consistency for DevOps workflows.
