Worked on the microsoft/semantic-kernel repository to migrate OData querying support from the deprecated Community.OData.Linq library to OData2Linq, ensuring compatibility with .NET 8 and above. This involved updating NuGet package references and introducing conditional compilation to manage dependencies across different framework targets. The approach maintained existing OData querying capabilities while reducing upgrade risks for future .NET versions. The work was implemented in C# and focused on .NET development and dependency management, with careful attention to maintaining backward compatibility. No bugs were fixed during this period, as the primary focus was on delivering this targeted feature migration and related dependency updates.
