Implemented a composite reusable GitHub Actions workflow for pushing artifacts to S3 with recursive copies and content-type support, leveraged by the promotion workflow for both legacy and new S3 targets. Fixed secret key retrieval in the promotion workflow by using environment variables to securely access AWS credentials, improving reliability and security during RC/Stable promotions.
