Worked on the Azure-Samples/cognitive-services-speech-sdk repository to deliver a targeted API version upgrade for the Call Center Sample, focusing on both C# and Python implementations. Updated the sample code to use the latest Azure Speech SDK releases, aligning speech transcription and language analysis services with current model and query versions. Centralized versioning within the sample modules to streamline future maintenance and ensure cross-language consistency. This approach reduced technical debt and improved reliability for users depending on the Call Center scenario. The work emphasized API versioning and sample code maintenance, preparing the codebase for ongoing support and smoother customer migrations.
