Worked on ontology development and data curation for the geneontology/go-ontology and obophenotype/uberon repositories, focusing on improving data integrity and terminology consistency. Delivered a new ontology term with defined relationships in OBO and OWL, enhancing the ontology graph and supporting downstream analytics. Addressed data attribution by standardizing the created_by field, ensuring accurate provenance. In Uberon, corrected terminology across TSV and OWL mappings to improve annotation accuracy, and maintained traceable change records for auditability. Applied skills in ontology engineering and management, emphasizing data quality and interoperability throughout the process, and validated all updates to ensure reliable integration with existing systems.
