Updated the CLAUDE.md file using Markdown, clarifying ontology term management processes with practical examples for obsoleting terms and correcting script references. Standardized metadata formats for contributor and date properties, adopting ORCID URLs and ISO timestamps to support data quality and future automation. Applied ontology engineering principles to reduce ambiguity and improve maintainability, ensuring that new contributors can more easily understand and follow project standards. No bug fixes were reported during this period, with efforts centered on documentation improvements.
