During September 2025, contributed to the dyvenia/viadot repository by modernizing the SharePoint Connector, focusing on migrating its integration to the Office365-REST-Python-Client library. This work involved refactoring the authentication flow and updating API interactions to align with the new library’s requirements, thereby improving compatibility with Office 365 APIs and reducing reliance on deprecated dependencies. The upgrade was implemented using Python and leveraged skills in API integration, cloud services, and data engineering. By addressing both maintainability and future extensibility, the changes positioned the connector for smoother enhancements and reduced long-term maintenance risks within the project’s cloud-based data workflows.
