Worked on the wiz-sec/charts repository to enhance the wiz-outpost-lite Helm chart for OpenShift compatibility, focusing on deployment reliability and security. Addressed OpenShift’s unique requirements by integrating SecurityContextConstraints and enabling privileged mode for deployments, ensuring the chart could operate seamlessly within OpenShift clusters. Used YAML to define Kubernetes resources and Helm templates, guaranteeing that service accounts were created in the correct namespace for proper chart operation. Validated deployment workflows to minimize manual intervention and reduce configuration drift, ultimately supporting broader cluster adoption and smoother onboarding for customers. The work demonstrated practical expertise in Helm, Kubernetes, and OpenShift environments.
