Elad Gabay enhanced the wiz-sec/charts repository by implementing OpenShift compatibility for the wiz-outpost-lite Helm chart. He focused on improving deployment reliability and security within OpenShift environments by adding SecurityContextConstraints and enabling privileged mode for deployments. Elad ensured that service accounts are created in the correct namespace, which is essential for seamless chart deployment and operation on OpenShift clusters. Working primarily with Helm, Kubernetes, and YAML, he validated deployment workflows to minimize manual intervention and configuration drift. This work enabled broader cluster support and smoother onboarding for customers, reflecting a focused and technically sound approach within a short timeframe.
