Worked on the wiz-sec/charts repository to deliver a feature enabling custom annotations for Kubernetes agent secrets, enhancing secret management and integration within pods. Leveraging Helm Charts and Kubernetes, the solution introduced annotation-driven configuration by updating Helm templates and default values, allowing annotations to be seamlessly consumed by workloads. This approach standardized agent-secret handling, improved deployment automation, and ensured consistency across different environments. The implementation focused on configuration management and secret handling best practices, utilizing yaml for templating and Git-based workflows for release management. No major bugs were addressed during this period, with efforts concentrated on feature development and deployment reliability.
