During April 2025, Hao Deng enhanced the test suite for the COMP4959_Project repository by focusing on backend development and testing with Elixir. He refactored and modernized the existing tests to better validate turn order mechanics, addressing outdated cases and introducing a new targeted test to improve accuracy and relevance for core gameplay functionality. By aligning game_test.exs with current turn-order logic, Hao reduced the risk of regressions and improved overall test reliability.
