Worked on deployment maintenance for the openbraininstitute/aws-terraform-deployment repository, focusing on updating the Cell Position Service to use the latest stable Docker image. Leveraging DevOps practices and Infrastructure as Code principles, the update was implemented using HCL to ensure the AWS Terraform deployment remained current and aligned with the ongoing release cycle. The approach emphasized stability by pinning the deployment to a production-ready image, which helped prevent configuration drift and reduced the risk of missing upstream fixes. The work was delivered as a disciplined, single-commit change, minimizing downtime and supporting reliable, maintainable production operations for the cell-position software.
