Developed the Performance Updates Dashboard for the bcgov/nr-bcws-wfprev repository, enabling users to view and manage performance metrics, budget adjustments, and risk breakdowns for Project Fiscal Plans. The work involved implementing an end-to-end flow for adding and displaying performance updates within a unified interface, consolidating key financial and risk data to support governance and portfolio decision-making. Leveraged Angular for front end development, integrating APIs and applying UI/UX design principles to ensure a cohesive user experience. Utilized TypeScript, HTML, and SCSS to build interactive components, focusing on improving reporting readiness and facilitating faster, data-driven project management processes.
