
Over two months, JB contributed to the Peaceland-Spring-2025 repository by delivering UI enhancements and improving CI reliability. JB integrated new dialogue boxes, backgrounds, and character portraits into Unity scenes, using C# and Unity Asset workflows to enrich visual storytelling and player immersion. They addressed text rendering issues by tuning overflow and glyph metrics, ensuring consistent text display. On the infrastructure side, JB stabilized GitHub Actions workflows with YAML configuration updates, resolving repository path changes and permissions to support reliable automated deployments. This work demonstrated depth in both user-facing UI development and backend configuration management, resulting in a more stable and polished game experience.
