In April 2025, K. Pather developed new Kiosk and Store entity definitions in the newrelic/entity-definitions repository to enhance infrastructure monitoring and lifecycle management. Leveraging YAML for entity definition and system monitoring, Pather implemented entity synthesis, conditions, tags, dashboard templates, and expiration settings to standardize observability across kiosk and store environments. The work included scaffolding for dashboards and templates, which streamlines onboarding and ensures consistent monitoring practices. By aligning these definitions with established monitoring standards, Pather improved the management and visibility of kiosk and store assets, demonstrating depth in infrastructure management and a methodical approach to operational reliability and observability.
