Worked on the Kommunicate-Web-SDK repository to improve the reliability and reproducibility of the continuous integration pipeline. Focused on build automation and CI/CD, the developer implemented a feature that ensures clean, reproducible builds by updating the cloudbuild.yaml configuration. The approach involved scripting in bash and yaml to automate the removal of the npm cache, node_modules directory, and package-lock.json file before each npm install. This process reduces environment drift and prevents flaky builds across different environments. The work addressed dependency management challenges, resulting in a more stable build process and consistent deployment outcomes for the Kommunicate-Web-SDK project.
