Worked on the Kommunicate-io/Kommunicate-Web-SDK repository to enhance integration reliability by implementing robust App ID validation within the plugin. Addressed a key bug by introducing JavaScript logic that prevents API calls when the APP_ID is empty, undefined, or set to a placeholder, thereby reducing misconfigurations during onboarding. Supplemented this validation with user guidance messages and error logging to assist developers in proper configuration. Focused on front end development, the solution improved stability and reduced potential support tickets by ensuring only valid application IDs are accepted, streamlining the integration process for users working with the Kommunicate Web SDK.
