Worked on maintaining the Clinical-Genomics/cg repository, focusing on configuration management and reliability improvements. Addressed a critical bug by correcting the YAML path in tomte_pipeline_software_mqc_versions.yml, ensuring accurate referencing of software version metadata throughout the pipeline. This targeted fix, implemented using YAML and configuration management best practices, improved downstream reporting accuracy and reduced the risk of version-mismatch errors. No new features were introduced during this period, as the primary emphasis was on stabilizing workflows and aligning file naming with project conventions. The work contributed to enhanced maintainability and consistency across the repository, supporting robust and reliable software operations.
