During July 2025, work focused on enhancing the nf-core/rnafusion repository by delivering two features aimed at improving reproducibility and CI reliability for Arriba pipelines. The developer updated the Arriba visualization module to use a dedicated container image and new environment configuration, ensuring consistent dependency management with Arriba 2.5.0. Additionally, they synchronized the test infrastructure, aligning build and test snapshots with the latest environment specifications to stabilize continuous integration results. This work leveraged skills in bioinformatics pipeline development, containerization, and CI/CD practices, utilizing Nextflow and nf as core technologies to enable more dependable results and smoother release cycles.
