Addressed compatibility issues by updating the build script, source URL, and build requirements to support the new ProteoWizard version, and resolved problems with the test command that previously caused unreliable results. Utilized YAML configuration and shell scripting to automate the build process and manage package dependencies, resulting in more reliable continuous integration and smoother release cycles for downstream recipes. Documented all changes to facilitate future maintenance and onboarding, ensuring that the improvements would be sustainable for other contributors.
