Michael Esuruoso enhanced the CDCgov/prime-reportstream repository by delivering a comprehensive update to the platform epic template, focusing on documentation that supports platform planning and technical governance. He restructured the Markdown-based template to include detailed sections for objectives, requirements, use cases, dependencies, and acceptance criteria, while refining technical requirements to clarify architecture, data models, APIs, and integration points. This work improved cross-team alignment and traceability, enabling more consistent product and architecture reviews.
