The approach involved a test-driven refactor using TypeScript to introduce undo support for parameter changes, aiming to improve the reliability and maintainability of API interactions. After identifying issues during testing, the changes were rolled back to preserve API stability and compatibility, with thorough documentation of the decision-making process. This work emphasized careful risk management and laid the foundation for future improvements, leveraging skills in API development, automated testing, and TypeScript to balance innovation with reliability.
