Enhanced the engineer UI with new buttons for launching DNA analysis and depth estimation tasks, focusing on script portability and reliable subprocess management across environments. Updated CMake-based build and security configurations, improving authentication and CI/CD reproducibility. Emphasized robust API integration, image processing, and data visualization to streamline scientific workflows and ensure cross-platform consistency.
