Leveraging Python, OpenCV, and PyQt5, the work introduced an end-to-end pipeline for seamless panorama creation from diverse image inputs, supporting both command-line and GUI-triggered workflows. The implementation included robust image processing, feature detection, stitching, and warping, as well as frame extraction from video sources. Emphasis was placed on maintainable scripting, error handling, and flexible path configuration, enabling reliable in-app spherical imagery capture and processing to enhance data quality for ROV operations.
