Worked on the nl-design-system/rvo repository to implement design system documentation and enhance visual consistency across components. Focused on integrating Figma-derived design references directly into component documentation, this effort aligned the implementation with established design specifications and reduced friction during design-to-development handoff. Leveraging React, Storybook, and TypeScript, the work improved documentation coverage and ensured that components adhered closely to visual guidelines, minimizing visual drift over time. Collaboration with both design and engineering teams was reinforced through co-authored commits, supporting scalable component reuse across products. The contribution addressed a key need for maintainable, consistent front end development within the design system.
