Developed the PSCC Patient Data Module for the samply/focus repository, delivering retrieval and analysis templates tailored for healthcare data workflows. The work involved designing and implementing CQL templates and integrating code lists and observation codes to support standardized patient data retrieval and analysis. Leveraging expertise in Rust and backend development, the module was structured to align with existing repository patterns, ensuring maintainability and scalability for future enhancements. The approach emphasized robust data modeling and adherence to healthcare standards, resulting in a feature that enables efficient and consistent access to patient data without introducing major bugs during the development period.
