Worked on the OpenRailAssociation/osrd repository to enhance front-end utilities by developing locale-aware time formatting functions for simulation tables and reports. Applied React and TypeScript to refactor time formatting logic into reusable, immutable utility modules, ensuring that rounding operations did not alter original date objects and that locale preferences were consistently respected. Addressed user experience and maintainability by centralizing logic and supporting accurate, consistent display across the application. Additionally, fixed a bug affecting waterway color rendering in the minimal map theme, improving visual accuracy. The work demonstrated attention to detail in both feature development and front-end bug resolution.
