Developed and deployed automated issue notification workflows across the carma-platform, connectedvcs-tools, and carma-config repositories, focusing on streamlining issue triage and improving cross-team visibility. Leveraged GitHub Actions and YAML to create standardized, reusable workflows that trigger on issue creation, dispatching notifications and handling permissions to ensure secure and centralized processing. The automation included notifying support channels for external issues and required careful workflow management to maintain consistency across repositories. This work reduced manual triage time, increased response speed, and established a scalable foundation for issue management, demonstrating strong skills in automation, CI/CD practices, and permissions configuration within GitHub.
