During November 2024, Mtf contributed to the catppuccin/nix repository by implementing Fcitx5 input method support within NixOS configurations, focusing on seamless integration with Catppuccin theming. Mtf developed a dedicated NixOS module for Fcitx5, ensuring that theming could be consistently applied across multilingual environments. The work included updating the test suite to validate compatibility with stable NixOS options, reducing configuration fragility and supporting broader user needs.
