Developed and integrated a new Company Policy on Political Activity and Social Media Guidelines for the CivicActions/guidebook repository, focusing on clear governance and employee guidance. Authored the policy using Markdown, ensuring adherence to documentation standards and leveraging Git for version control throughout the process. The document was strategically placed within the site navigation to enhance accessibility and align with organizational governance requirements. This work addressed the need for standardized, discoverable policy documentation, clarifying expectations around political engagement and social media use. The project demonstrated skills in documentation, Markdown authoring, and repository management, with all changes scoped to feature delivery.
