Updated the CONTRIBUTING.md documentation to require two maintainer approvals for merges to the main branch, aligning contribution practices with quality assurance and release standards. Addressed a test reliability issue in StableTimeFormatterTest.java by migrating assertions from JUnit’s assertEquals to AssertJ’s assertThat, improving test clarity and stability. All changes were implemented in Java and Markdown, with a focus on clear documentation and robust testing practices. The work contributed to a more stable main branch and provided clearer guidelines for future contributors to follow.
