Developed the initial Biacore T200 Control instrument adapter for the Benchling-Open-Source/allotropy repository, enabling automated processing of .blr export files from Cytiva Biacore T200 instruments. Leveraging Python, Pandas, and XML processing, the adapter ingested and mapped instrument data to a standardized binding affinity analyzer schema. This implementation supported both kinetics and immobilization wizard data, extracting relevant information for downstream analysis. By automating data parsing and file format conversion, the work reduced manual data wrangling and expanded the analytics capabilities of the platform. The feature laid the groundwork for more efficient and scalable Biacore data workflows within the repository.
